Launch your corporate event

When strengthening collaboration in your company, getting to know each other better, or holding an important meeting, the Hjejle boats provide the perfect setting.

The beautiful Viking has been newly renovated with a special focus on meeting the needs and requirements of corporate events. On Hejren and Mågen, there is space to conduct presentations and afterward enjoy a nice lunch or dinner while the boat sails around in the beautiful nature. There is a sound system on board the boats so that all participants can clearly hear everything said during the presentations. Hejren can accommodate up to 70 dining guests, while Mågen can accommodate up to 120 dining guests. There is space for many more on both Falken and Hejren, if not for dining. You can find the exact figures regarding the boats’ layout.

We are happy to provide catering throughout the day and evening, so it’s something you don’t have to worry about. If you prefer to have solid ground under your feet when dining, we are happy to sail you to one of the restaurants along the lake. The possibilities are endless. Questions about boat rental

Do all the boats cost the same to rent?

Many of the boats have different sizes and layouts. Therefore, there is also a slight difference in price when you rent a boat. Please contact us for a discussion about your wishes.

Do we need to provide our own food and drinks?

We take great pride in helping you achieve your goals, so you only need to focus on inviting your guests.

However, you can bring your own food for your guests if you wish. Drinks are usually purchased through us – alternatively, corkage fees can be arranged.

We are happy to adapt the menu for allergies, etc.

Are there speakers/sound systems on board?

Some of the boats already have speakers, a microphone, and a sound system on board.

Alternatively, we have Bluetooth speakers that can be taken on your boat trip.

Is there WiFi on the boats?

All our boats have WiFi on board.

What about serving staff?

On all sailings, there is a service deckhand on board. They are very service-minded and enjoy seeing satisfied guests on their boat. However, they are not waiters as such. You always have the option to book additional staff for your boat trip to ensure the best possible experience for your guests.
