No, you cannot reserve specific seats. 15 minutes before departure, all guests are called on board and choose their seats in the order of their booked tickets.

Yes, we would really like to have your four-legged friend on board – as long as it is on a leash and behaves properly. However, dogs may not be included on special cruises with catering.
You are welcome to take the pram with you. It must be folded before you board. Remember to book a “space” for the pram. However, pushchairs may not be taken on the non-stop cruises. Please contact the office for storage.

Yes, there is a toilet on board all the boats.
On the small boats, however, the toilet is not very large. At Mågen there are two toilets and a handicap toilet. There are also two toilets at Hejren. At Hjejlen there is the original toilet from 1861, which was reportedly used by, among others, H.C. Andersen.

For buses
On Sejsvej there is a turning point for buses, where passengers can get off and walk directly down to the harbor pier. 100 meters further on on the left is the “Iskælderdalen” car park, where there are bus parking bays without time limits.
