Nice to know, before you go

Do I need to make a reservation? How can I pay? What about handicap accessibility?

You may have a number of questions regarding your excursion, so, we’ve gathered the most common questions and their answers here. Yes. You can either buy tickets online or contact us to make a reservation.
No. As per our longstanding tradition, we operate a “first come, first serve” policy, so the sooner you book your tickets, the better are your chances of getting the seats you want.
If you have already bought your tickets, or have made a reservation, you must be at the quayside 15 minutes before departure, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the crew will let you board the boat. If you have neither of these, we recommend that you show up and get in line at least 30 minutes before departure. That way, once all the ticketholders and reservations have been called aboard, you will be at the front of the line when the crew calls all others aboard.
We accept most credit and debit cards, as well as cash and MobilePay. If you are a large group and have made a prior arrangement with us, we can send you an invoice. You pay for your tickets aboard the boat, not in our office.

Additionally, Turisten is difficult to heat up, so if you are sailing with her on a chilly day or an evening cruise, it is advisable to bring a warm sweater.
